Assessing an organization’s ecosystem to ensure that its systems, processes, practices, and programs align with the business model, strategy and operating environment.


Using the Impact Effect, a method designed by Tom Eddington, will enable a holistic understanding of the operating environment and provide an overall sense of what is working – and what is not – to enable conscious alignment of organization resources resulting in improved organizational effectiveness.

The Impact Effect includes an assessment of organization internal and external challenges in a multiple of ways including executive interviews, focus groups, and data analysis. An extensive series of diagnostic tests and assessment of every dimension of the organization includes physical office space, how people engage with each other, analysis of employee census, and how people are aligned to the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Finally, all the systems, processes, practices and programs are assessed for alignment with the organization’s strategy.
